Privacy policy
The beta uses location and interaction context only as needed to provide requested functionality. Exact handling depends on the active feature and provider. Sensitive credentials should never be exposed in browser code or public logs.
Terms & conditions
BrewMyDay beta provides planning, discovery and decision-support information. Third-party prices, hours, availability, routes and other changing facts remain subject to the provider and should be rechecked before a consequential action.
Cookie policy
The beta may use browser storage needed for session continuity, preferences and product functionality. Optional analytics or advertising storage, when enabled, should be disclosed and handled according to the applicable consent controls.
Cookie settings
Cookie and storage controls should reflect the capabilities actually enabled on the beta. Essential storage required to provide a requested feature is distinct from optional measurement or advertising storage.
Affiliate disclosure
Some travel handoffs may eventually create affiliate revenue for BrewMyDay. When a recommendation or link has a commercial relationship, the relationship should be disclosed without changing the ranking truthfully presented to the traveler.
Advertising disclosure
If advertising is enabled, ads should be clearly distinguishable from BrewMyDay recommendations. Commercial placement must not silently become SUPER's decision logic.
Location data notice
Location can come from a traveler-selected place, device coordinates or permitted fallback context. Manual location remains authoritative until the traveler chooses device location again. Location precision should be no greater than necessary for the requested feature.
Accessibility statement
BrewMyDay aims for keyboard-operable controls, readable labels, responsive layouts and accessible status messaging. Accessibility attributes supplied by providers are shown only when evidence exists; missing data is not treated as confirmation.
GDPR compliance
Where applicable, privacy rights can include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. The applicable rights depend on jurisdiction and the data BrewMyDay actually holds.
Data retention policy
Information should be retained only for a legitimate product, security, legal or operational purpose and for no longer than necessary for that purpose. Beta diagnostics should avoid secrets and unnecessary personal data.
Third-party integrations
The current architecture can use services such as Mapbox for map/location functions, Open-Meteo for weather, Geoapify for nearby discovery/essentials and other configured adapters. Adapter failures are fail-soft and do not justify invented results.
API usage terms
Provider APIs remain subject to their own terms, quotas and permitted uses. BrewMyDay keeps provider credentials server-side where required, treats external adapters as non-blocking, and should not expose restricted keys to the browser.
Beta trust principle
When BrewMyDay cannot verify a changing fact, the correct behavior is to say that it is unknown or unavailable — not to manufacture confidence, price, availability, timing or provider data.
